Account information: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form). Business data you enter in ZX Live, such as your company details, customers, suppliers, items, invoices, payments and reports. This data belongs to you. Learning data in the Training Center, such as the courses you join, your exam answers and results, and your certificates. Information you send us, such as contact form messages, chat messages, dictionary suggestions and CVs. Technical and usage data, such as your IP address, browser, device, language and the pages you visit.

We use your information to provide and run our services (create your account, keep you signed in, save your business data, run courses and exams, issue certificates); to process payments; to answer your questions and give support; to improve our websites and apps (analytics only with your permission, see Cookies); to send you important service messages and, if you agreed, news and offers; and to keep our services secure and meet our legal obligations.

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Essential cookies are always used because the sites cannot work without them: they remember your language, keep you signed in, protect forms against misuse, and remember your cookie choice (the zx_cookie_consent cookie, kept for one year). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you click Accept on the cookie banner: Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager help us understand how our sites are used, and on the Zhmara X website and the Training Center the Brevo tracker helps us measure our emails and campaigns. If you click Reject, these are not loaded and their cookies are deleted. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We use trusted services to run our sites: Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, only with your consent), Brevo (the support chat on our websites, and email and marketing tools), YouTube (course videos in the Training Center), FIB (First Iraqi Bank) for online payments, and email and hosting providers. These services receive only the information they need to do their job and handle it under their own privacy policies.

Payments for plans and courses are made through FIB (First Iraqi Bank). You pay in the FIB app; we never see or store your card or bank details. We only keep the payment record (amount, date, status and payment reference).

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above when they need it to provide our services, when you ask us to (for example, when you share your CV with an employer), or when the law requires it or a public authority makes a valid request.

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us if you notice anything unusual.

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or required by law, for example accounting and tax records. When you delete your company in ZX Live, its data, users and files are deleted. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it (unless the law requires us to keep it) or object to how we use it. You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time with Cookie settings, and ask us at any time to stop sending you news and offers. To use your rights, contact us at the address below.
